Tosin is a partner based in Washington, DC. She represents our corporate, non-profit and law firm clients in their project management and information technology requirements. Tosin is a certified (PMP) Project Manager and Systems Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the banking and government sectors. Prior to joining KRescent, Tosin acted as a senior managing consultant for IBM and as the lead consultant/project manager on several multi-million dollar and mission-critical systems development projects with companies such as Raytheon, Accenture, E*Trade Financial and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Tosin holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer and Information Science from Temple University in Philadelphia. She is currently pursuing a Master in Project Management from the University of Maryland.
Abdelrahim is a partner based in Kampala and New York. He assists our clients with their technology strategy and development requirements as well as with their technical and maintenance training needs. He possesses a mastery of both technological innovations and the business fundamentals necessary to create effective solutions, including with respect to wireless and fiber networks, broadcast video, internet, and mobile applications. He also has experience leading accredited programs in instrumentation technician training and industrial maintenance instrumentation and electrical technician training. Abdelrahim’s over 10 years of experience includes having provided business solutions to organisations throughout the world, including in Africa and the Middle East. He has additionally worked in a management capacity in corporate giants such as Time Warner Cable, Agilent Technologies and Sprint (formerly Sprint/Nextel).
Abdelrahim has a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.
Nicole is a partner based in London. She represents our corporate and non-profit clients in redefining and re-framing their structural and organizational needs. She also assists our law firm clients in responding to their strategic and organizational demands. Prior to co-founding KRescent, Nicole practiced corporate law with top global firms Shearman & Sterling, Baker & McKenzie and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle and acted as the Deputy Managing Director of DaMina Advisors, an Africa-focused frontier consulting firm.
Nicole has a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Arts in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Master of Arts from Columbia University. Nicole additionally holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from Tufts University.
Wendy is a partner based in New York City. She focuses on our clients’ executive and teacher training and organizational strategy requirements. Wendy has 18 years’ experience in non-profit management, leadership coaching, fundraising, strategic planning and program development. In addition, she has extensive experience in creating, facilitating and leading executive and teacher training sessions. Prior to co-founding KRescent, Wendy worked as the lead educational facilitator for a teacher-training institute in Freetown, Sierra Leone and organizational consultant in Kigali, Rwanda. Currently, she is acting as an executive coach for the founders of NGOs in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, providing organizational and strategic training. Wendy sits on one school board and two non-profit boards in New York City, one international NGO and is on the international and nominating committees of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Wendy holds a certificate from Columbia Business School’s Institute for Not-for Profit Management, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership and Administration from New York University and a master’s degree from Teachers College of Columbia University. Wendy also has a Bachelor of Arts in creative writing from Oberlin College.
